AI Ready Score (“the Platform”) is a free AI readiness assessment tool operated by the SME Association of Australia, a not-for-profit organisation. The Platform helps small and medium-sized enterprises understand their readiness for AI adoption across eight business dimensions.
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

The quality of your assessment depends on the accuracy of your responses. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information. We are not responsible for inaccurate results caused by incorrect or misleading responses.
The AI Ready Score methodology, scoring framework, and assessment questions are the intellectual property of the SME Association of Australia. The methodology is informed by AI Singapore's AI Readiness Index (AIRI), used under a CC-BY 4.0 licence.
Your personalised report is generated for your use. You may share it with your advisors, accountants, or consultants. You may not reproduce the assessment methodology, questions, or scoring system for commercial purposes without written permission.
The AI Ready Score assessment is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may introduce premium features in the future, which will be clearly identified and optional.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

You can unsubscribe from follow-up emails at any time using the link in any email. Your report email is a one-time delivery and is not a subscription.
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Report generation depends on third-party AI services and may occasionally experience delays or temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
If you are accessing this assessment through an accounting firm, advisory practice, or other organisation, your data may be shared with that organisation as part of their advisory engagement with you. The referring organisation's own privacy policy and terms may also apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email where possible.
